Attached electrical boxes for switches, outlets, and fixtures to studs at required heights.
Performed panel room setup and prepped wires in junction boxes.
Studied electrical wire marker legends and labeled wires accordingly.
Installed racks for MC cable, routed, and pulled cable through framework.
Drilled holes through studs and joists in four floors. Ran smurf tube throughout the length of rooms. Stapled and secured Romex to studs. Attached nail plates where needed.
Installed HVAC Romex wiring from units to run beneath floor, and route back into unit floor’s junction box.
Became experienced in using drills, impacts, oscillating tools, staple guns, skill saws, reciprocal saws, circular saws, angle bits, and paddle bits.These tools were used on a daily basis.
Labeled, clamped, and organized MC cable.
Examined layout requirements and used circular saw to drill holes in floor and ceiling of electrical rooms. Made adjustments for layout and alignment with green cross-line/point laser. Installed conduit pipes, supporting them structurally with riser clamps at each floor level to prevent shifting or settling of weight loads.
